Productivity Compass Program
‘It is never too late to become what you were meant to be’ T.S. Elliot
Our flagship program is the Productivity Compass Program (PCP). It is the foundation used to uncover an individual's specific innate capacities. The PCP is a diagnostic and consulting process that identifies where you will be at your optimal best. It defines where you can make the most difference, for the rest of your working life, by precisely uncovering where you will be optimally effective and productive.
This diagnosis will give you a roadmap of your specific natural productive capabilities – in other words, what you can do best and where you will be most useful and successful. It will help redirect your time, energy and resources for the rest of your life, towards engagements and activities where you can make a critical difference to others and, at the same time, where you will experience deep satisfaction, meaning and purpose in what you do.
The PCP is not like other personality and psychological measurement tools currently employed in the marketplace. The PCP pinpoints with laser accuracy exactly where you will find the best fit in your organization, in your career decisions and in your work choices. The PCP is tailored to you, not just a category of people like you.
This diagnostic program is a one-on-one engagement with a professional analyst designed to decode those specific natural productive capabilities innately embedded in an individual.
Discussion (Defining the framework):
The analyst guides the candidate through a discussion covering the following topics:
- Being successful in a vocation or career
- Burn out
- Career fulfillment
- Career Crafting
Following this establishment of the proper framework, the analyst will begin the diagnostics. (The word “diagnosis” is from the Greek word “diagignoskein” which means “discern, distinguish, to seperate” from dia = “apart” + gignoskein = “to know, to learn”)
